She coordinates sales calls, materials and deliveries, as well as managing the full administration of the office. A true entrepreneur, Kimi is highly innovative in identifying what their customers need for complete finishing of their outdoor homescapes and can show how to systematically accomplish this in a timely and cost-effective way.
Kimi previously worked in the biomedical sector as an administrative coordinator for several start-up companies so she knows the full range of how to organize people, materials, certifications, and deadlines. This skill translates into projects that are completed on time and with the attention to detail that makes customers happy and confident in making future referrals to American Patios, Inc. She believes that being cost-effective helps the homeowner and ultimately translates into customer satisfaction. |

Jeremy Anderson
Vice-President
Inheriting a construction background from his father, Jeremy has been building things since he was old enough to hold a hammer. He was taught to understand the benefits of a good work ethic and brings this attitude to his business and work relationships every day. Growing up in North San Diego County, Jeremy has had professional involvement in the explosive growth in residential housing plus the added experience in commercial telecommunications installations.
Knowing that they were more entrepreneurial at heart, Jeremy, and his wife Kimi, took the opportunity in 2003 to start American Patios, Inc. which quickly and naturally evolved into a comprehensive source for patio covers, hardscape, landscape, outdoor lighting, and rain gutters — everything that a homeowner might desire to artfully finish the design of a home.
Jeremy is committed to his customers’ satisfaction and believes in the old-fashioned values of hard work, creativity, organization, and responsiveness. Previously, as project manager for a San Diego-based telecommunications systems firm, Jeremy coordinated and supervised teams of technicians for voice and data installations of all sizes. As a licensed electrician, he also rounds out the expertise that is critical to most successful building projects. As the co-owner of American Patios, Jeremy offers a genuine guarantee of customer satisfaction and lives by the motto that satisfied customers will return with added business and new customer referrals. |
